We looked at how people are finding them, where they’re coming from, how they’re moving throughout their website, if they’re finding the information they need, what’s missing, etc. Then we dove into auditing their site, doing keyword research, and pulling out all of the items that need to be adjusted, optimized, and fixed, to give them a level playing field. We then made them digital marketing checklists with all needed updates and reasoning for each.
